If you are a solicitor, real estate agent or accountant and hold money on behalf of your clients, you operate within the Trust Account environment and are obligated by law to comply with a range of rules and regulations, including regular audits from an accredited auditor.

Ben has been auditing trust accounts since 2004 and regularly attends training held by the bodies that monitor the various trust accounting regulations.
